Delivery area

WanQI currently delivers to addresses in West Malaysia.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and stock verification. The usual delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Severe weather, carrier disruption, remote-area service limitations, or peak periods may cause delays outside our reasonable control.

Shipping fees and promotions

Shipping fees vary according to the product, bundle, promotion, and delivery destination. The applicable shipping fee, including any free-shipping offer, is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch or tracking notification when available. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number.
