Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days and include your order number plus clear photos or video.

How to request a return

After approval, we will provide the designated return address and instructions based on the product and logistics arrangement. Our registered business address is not a return centre. Returns sent without approval or to an unapproved address may be refused.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we confirm that the item was incorrect, damaged on arrival, or defective, we will provide a return solution or reimburse reasonable return shipping as agreed in advance.

Inspection and refunds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution. Original delivery fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to cancel it before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, the return terms above apply.

Product warranty

Eligible products include a 180-day or 360-day limited warranty, as stated on the relevant product page. The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, normal wear, or consumable parts unless otherwise stated.
